linuxquestions.org: If you want to get started in linux, these forums are your best resource. I hang out in the Slackware thread once in a while, when I have time :)
distrowatch.com: There are a ton of linux distributions out there, maybe this will help you pick one, based on how popular it is, and reviews.
counter.li.org: If you are a linux user, maybe get registered? There are even uptime contests, heh :) Site explains the benefits.

w3schools.com: There are so many tutorials related to web technology on this site it will make your head spin! I still use this for a lot of good references, and was one of my main sites for learning.
tizag.com: If you are very new to web development, and are interested in learning, this site has awesome tutorials on how to even get started on web development. Before you learn html, there are other apsects of the web that you should know first.
crimsoneditor.com: This is a great editor for those that are still not windoze-free. Doesn't hold your hand (It shouldn't IMO), yet much more functional than notepad. NOTE: You will learn so much more in a text editor like this, than frontpage® or Dreamweaver®
